Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Accountancy with atleast two (2) years experience in accounting.
- Receives subscriptions data from sales and encodes client’s information.
- Prepares sales invoice for the subscriptions and maintains subscriber’s database.
- Generates labels for transmittal and mailing.
- Transmits labels to warehouse for mailing.
- Prepares logbook of all SI’s for subscriptions.
- Transmits subscriptions collection to cashier in charge.
- Issues receipts to subscribers.
- Cheque processing and assist in purchasing.
- Performs other related functions as maybe assigned.
